This happens during recess time when I was helping out in a music class in primary school XD

Kids: Teacher teacher, Are you in Form 3?

*I shook my head*

Kids: Form 2? Form 4? Form 5? Ahh!! I know! FORM SIX!!!

Kids: College? MARRIED??!!!

*I shook my head more vigorously, trying not to laugh*

Kids: Then what?

Me: I am graduated from Form5, But I haven't go into Form 6 or colleges yet...

Kids: (BLUR) Huh?? I don't understand... Hmm, I know, YOU ARE HAVING HOLIDAYS!!!

Me: Hahaha, you can say it that way...

Well... After the choir concert
Days just went on and on...
I had to admit I feel kinda empty without choir ><
I just used to getting together in choir and SING!!
Hahaha...

Guys,I am really really really really happy or in other words THRILLED
When I saw the farewell invitation cardIt was creative and nice and so CHOIR-ISH
I can feel your hearts through it
I LOVE IT... I really do...
When I attend volleyball and JV farewell
My mind is always imagining choir farewell...
What will they do huh?? What song will they sing to us?
I am sure I will cry no matter what~

It gives me the initiative sometimes
Keep telling myself: Right after Trial!! It's right after trial... I had to survive through trial
Hahaha... kinda crazy right?
Seriously,
I love choir not because of the quality nor achievements
But because YOU GUYS ARE HERE
We are a TEAM ^^

It stroke me when I knew that I cannot attend the farewell
It was so coincidentally that my Bible Knowledge falls on the same date same time
Seline and I are taking it... T.TWell, my heart's broken at that instant
But we've gotta take that exam... It's important
And I had to admit I cried

Title: AMC Choir Concert- A MusiCal bond
Date: 3/7/2011
Time: 8.00pm
Venue: Mother Pauline Hall, SMJK Ave Maria Convent Ipoh

We had a long session of rehearsal before the concert at 10am to 2pm
And I purposely went back to school by 4pm on that day
And I wanted to look into every tiny details of the concert
I want to record everything down in my mind
The decorations, the arrangement of the hall...
EVERYTHING
I sat at in the audience's seat
I sat at the piano there
I stood on stage and glanced through the whole hall
And I could still remember
By that time, the Sun is gazing into the hall

Then at 6pm, when everyone reached, I shouted:
CHOIR!!! WARM UP!!!
I knew in my heart this is the last time I can shout this
And then Mr.Lee take over the warm up session
All of us(AMC Choir, Sam Tet Voices and the vocal performers) sang whole-heartedly
After running through some songs
We went to the restrooms to get ready for the show
Except me... As a pianist, I had to stay in the hall

Right before the concert... We formed a circle in the middle of the field
And I made my speech
Telling them to enjoy the concert while they can
And to perform their very best
When we sang 'ONE MOMENT IN TIME'
Everyone cried T.T

Then, I focused on my piano part and didn't pay much attention to other stuff
At the end of the concert
When we sing 'May Our Paths Meet Again'
Tears went all over our faces although we are smiling
And it ended so perfectly
When we are crazy taking pictures... Mr.Lee gave me his bouquet of flowers ^^
And seriously, my emotions went blank at that night

Now, after a week, I am recorded everything in this blog
I received lots and lots of compliments
This is the FIRST CONCERT OF CHOIR AND IT'S DONE IN A MONTH
It's going down in AMC history

I am glad that my last public performance in AMC Choir is so great
And I didn't cry... told you my emotions went blank
But now, day after day
I kept think of the concert
Think of the joy that we'd shared
And it's reluctant to leave choir

Next Friday
We will choose a new batch of committees
And I will retire
Not a pianist and a President anymore

Although I practised till the skin of my finger peeled off
But I know it's worth it

Well
After AMC Military Band and the Chinese Orchestra had their concert
It's time for AMC Choir to have our own concert ^^

For years,
We are invited as guests to participate in other's concert
Now, we are the host, and try our best to organise the whole thing ourselves
We have the Leo Club of AMC as coordinators and crews
Boey Cai Wei and Teng Jo Ee helping up as the heads of coordinating team
Prefectorial Board of AMC doing their part in ushering and crowd controlling
St. John Ambulance of AMC as medical group and First-aid
Rangers of AMC helping in hall arrangement
And PA club of AMC doing the PA system
Choy and Yan Ying helping out as emcees
Ex-seniors coming back from all over the world to contribute
Sam Tet Voices as guest singers
And talented present AMC students contributing in the concert...
And Mr.Lee as our coach
And so much more...

Did you notice the word 'AMC'?
Tell you what,
It's the short form for the name of our school: SMJK Ave Maria Convent Ipoh
And please notice the title of this concert: A MusiCal bond
See the AMC?

This is my last year in AMC Choir
But the First concert ever of AMC CHOIR!!!
And I am proud to be the president and pianist
Honoured to be given a chance to lead them...
Although I may tired myself out...
But It's worth sacrificing
We've sold all 300 tickets in 6 days
It's a sold out concert~
And we knew we are not doing it alone
Coz, we are part of AMC
All sorts of clubs and societies offered help
And indeed, we owe them a big THANK YOU!!
At first when I sought the helpers and performers out
Almost all of them nodded their heads immediately
All willing to help ^^
And now we are all bound to this concert
Bound to music
And are trying our hardest to create good music

It's a musical bond
And it's coming from WITHIN

Wedding

Have to seen the bridegroom slipped the ring into the bride's finger nervously?

I had, and not once.
And I think, I am very lucky.

Wedding is sweet, warm, pleasant...
A day where two become one in God's presence
It's so holy!!
I mean, I am so glad to be there.

And on 4th and 5th of June
There are going to be two weddings
And I am going to be song lead for the first day
Pianist for the second day~
It's thrilled and I am waiting for it~

My birthday-- I am 17!

At last I am 17!
I can get my driving license...
Yay!!

My 17th birthday is totally unique
With all the blessings and presents and surprises

From the minute I woke up
I received blessings through SMS, E-mail, and Facebook
My handphone is overcrowded with birthday wishes since morning
Many of them were sent at 12am

In school
My classmates and friends from other classes sang me the birthday song
It's wonderful although they went out of tune
Then Vyen, Lilian, Emily, Alison and Mi San gave me a birthday surprise
It's obviously touching ^^
And Choy and Jin Yee shouted their birthday wished to me across the field
It happens to be I am at the opposite of the field and they were lazy to walk through it
It's was... embarassing
Hehex ><

Then I went for sleepover in Vyen's house
Because her cousin is helping us to get ready for our costumes early morning in the following day
Her mother prepared so many dishes for me and a birthday cake too @@
It's touching
After dinner,
I spent time replying wall posts on facebook
And preparing for Pingkee's birthday party

Sayembara Puisi Dan Lagu Competition

Well, once again our team went for this competition
We went for it last year and won the first round
But didn't manage to get through the second level...
So this year we wrote a new poem and a new song
I love this year's better than the previous year's ^^

It's a tough thing because sook sin the flautist can't join us this year
But Mi San a younger flautist was here
She is good I can tell... And is able to co-operate with us

After all the practices and mainly struggles
we went for the competition
It's quite daring because we are not ready beforehand at all
We received the new theme at Thurs and next Thurs is the competition
All writing poems and melody is ain't easy as add maths
We also broke our head for it
The first full routine that we had is during the competition
Luckily nothing went wrong ><
We were super nervous
And we leaped with joy when our name was announced as the winner ^^
We went for breakfast after that

The second competition took place after a week
This is quite rushing but what to do?
This competition is not as smooth as the first one
Lilian's guitar string snapped right before the competition
And we just managed to get the SILVER AWARD
We are not quite happy about the result but we are satisfied with it

Then we ate in Domino Pizza with both our teachers
We enjoyed ourselves and kept telling ourselves this is the last time we could gather together
We snapped a lot of photos

AMCCO Concert: Soul Of The Dragon

I am always eager to watch them perform...
Them? Who?
Ya, them, Ave Maria Convent Chinese Orchestra
They are simply great... GREAT~

Not like previous years
All those main theme of the concert is based on the four seasons
This year, they choose the theme as 'Soul Of The Dragon'
For a all-girl school chinese orchestra
This theme is just Cool
And their performance is superb
It's rather rare to get to listen to such high quality and striking performance
I love the way they organise everything themselves
To raise fund to take part in the international competition
They did that every year...

I liked the performance of the flute
The flute is actually a thumb-sized mouthpiece
And it sound like bird's singing in the early of the morning
Very refreshing
The song is about the Miao village
The flautist is skilled and I could even picture the scene where the music was born
In a peaceful and hardworking Miao village

That night was a marvel
I am glad that I am there ^^
Thank God

March Holidays?

Time really flies and it's March now
We are having a 9-day-break
It's not a holiday actually
We are still going back to school for co-curriculum activities
For practices
And homeworks are still piling up ><

However
I had to admit that I am doing something that I like
It's fun to practise with AMC Choir
And I had to equipped myself by practising my piano accompaniment before every meeting
I enjoyed this type of life
It's good to be enjoying music all day long

Just can't be parted from music, can I?

实在很不简单

在合唱团里
我与Janice就是这样
一个是司琴
一个是指挥
两人之间必须要有很好的默契
才能把合唱团领好
高兴的是
我们自中一就已经是同座
虽然现在分了班
但感情却有增无减
在合唱团里我们都一起在努力一起奋斗
几乎无话不谈

压力

学校的考试一下子提前一个星期
听说是为了运动员和华乐团
那没关系
最多大家少点时间念书罢了
但是老师们都不愿意停下来让大家好好念书复习
仍然拼命教新的一课
功课给得很爽
实在是,唉...
华语老师还让我们一遍又一遍的重做功课
大家做到三更半夜
第二天拿去，给他批评，又重做
我们的“快餐文化”已经重做了6次呢

我们是纯理班的第一班
故此
所有老师都咬着我们不放
说我们一定品行要好，功课要好
还说：“其实我并不太注重你们的成绩，这次月考那么简单，全部一定要拿甲！”
我们班上有四十五个学生
但又一大部分是课外活动团体的领袖
现在逢比赛季节
压力自然大
我们的学姐们都赢了好多好多的奖项
我们不能破纪录
现在面对时间不够
补习一大堆
功课做不完
要复习也没时间
大家真得很辛苦

班上有人哭了
气氛也死气沉沉
我们真的真得很辛苦
每天晚上忍着强大睡意做功课
一到床上就失去知觉的感受
实在是受不了

我们不是逃兵
但我们也不是英雄
更不是你们眼中的强者
我们会学习变得更好
但请不要连我们哭泣的时间也夺走

好压力哦~
但是我不会输
因为我有天上的爸爸支持我
大家加油。

Trip To Cameron Highlands (1/1/2011-2/1/2011)

Whee~~
The trip is a total fun ^_^

Before we departed
we ate hakka noodles in a Simpang Pulai restaurant
Then I sat in Eunice and Sam's car
Wearing Ruth's hand band
And off we went to Cameron Highlands
They were using the old roads in Tapah
Well... My carsick made the journey quite uncomfortable
But luckily I slept for most of the journey

We halted at the waterfall
and a Orang Asli pastor came along
He brought us into a Orang Asli village
We participated in their Sunday School
Played games with the kids
And led them sing a few songs
Their voices are pure and sweet
Ooo... I love those people ^_^
We gave them some new year presents
We also went to another Orang Asli village
Gave out the remaining presents to them

Then we continued our journey to Tanah Rata,Cameron Highlands
I nearly vomited >_<
We reached the apartment at 5/6pm
Then some of us watched Good TV
while the others (mainly the grown-ups) cooked
I loved the steamboat
It made me warm
After that, all of us took bath (except Himah)
And went of to sleep
I was in between Ken and Aunt Ruby
While Himah was at the sofa
This is because:
Eunice, Sam and ababy Joel took one room
Philip, Ruth and Roanne took one room
Geoffrey and Denise squeezed in a small room
Then we the remaining four slept in the living room ^_^

The conversation before I managed to get to sleep:
Ken: (mumble dunno what in order to hypnotise himself)
Himah: Eh... Jelly, jelly...
Me: What??
Himah: How am I going to sleep like this? The breeze blew in through the windows larr...
Me: Then, you turn and let your feet face the breeze larr
Himah: Eh, jelly... What side is Jerusalem is? Which side is East?
Me: Harr?? Why?
Himah: Cause I want to face my feet toward that direction
Me: Don't joke liao... Sleep...
Then I dunno what happened until the next morning
Ken and I actually rumbled Himah in the morning because he was noisy >_<

We had Bihun the next morning
And set off to the park
We went for a walk
And played for a while
The environment was quite dirty...
Our next stop is the Boh tea farm
We climbed the mountain road
And enjoyed tea and scones up in the hill
I bought 50 tea packets too
Then we went to some shops by the road sides
We bought strawberry Ice-creams there

The most adventurous part is when we went to Himah's father's working tomatoes farm
We parked our car outside and Himah's father brought us into the farm by lorry
We stood at the back of the lorry... like cattles ^_^
The road was adventurous!
We eventually screamed the whole way there
I love it though
Then we plucked some cherry tomatoes
After that
We went home
I slept my whole journey home >_<
Tried after screaming

I would love to go to Cameron Highlands again with FOM Music Ministry
It was totally fun ^_^

I felt quite resisting when I stepped into the school compound

I don't feel like going back to school

And how I wish the holidays had just started...

Going back to school meaning I had to face:

Pressure

Homeworks

and many many more

It's kinda like :" OMG!!"

when I tought of going back to study

Well,

I think I'd better accept the fact that

School is reopening in less than one week

It would be better to do so

Cause... Next year is a very important year

SPM YEAR

Stressed year too...

And my year to learn driving

Luckily I have God to count on

It's Christmas

Christmas...

The most busy moment of the year

Can you imagine?

For a few weeks,

I could hardly sat down for a moment

It's dreadful and tiring

But at least all those activities kept my schedule full

Well,

I am always dreaming of a Musical Christmas

I wished to sit down among the audience

Rather than standing up the stage performing

It's kinda tiring when you repeat the same thing every year

And I've dreamt for many years to attend concerts or plays during Christmas

Enjoy the celebration

Christmas

The day when the Christ is born

A glorious and merry day

I wished that I could spare a moment on that day

To talk to God

But you can see that all Christians often rushing along on that day

And never seemed to rest for a minute

It's becoming a tradition

Well, this kind of culture reminded me of a verse in the Bible

It's sounded like:" 你们要休息。。。要知道我是上帝。”

Meaning we all have to rest and knew that God is in control of everything

I think it's somewhere in the Hebrew

A homework for all Christians

To rest and to keep in touch with God

Well,

I won't forget to rejoice and declare the birth of Jesus

Because Christmas is about a promise of God come true

Glory to God in the highest

And on Earth, peace to those whom He is pleased.

Another week of Holidays

This week is kinda relaxed...

I managed to sleep until 10.00am

And I think I really gained weight from that

I have to gain more weight and I am working on it

But guess what?

After returned to school for 1 week...

*Poof!*

My weight is back to 40something again

Dreadful thing ==

I spent some time to check all my stuff

Reading away( ended up having headache)

And doing tits and bits of stuff

However

My Saturday is RUSHING

I have to lead worship and tell stories in Sunday school

And the preparation for Sunday School takes my whole morning

Then, I straightly flew to practise with Ken

He was asked to perform his saxophone in Bidor and lacked of a pianist

And requested me to join him (last minute)

And the Bidor thing held me until 9.45 pm

Then Ken and I rushed to FOM celebration dinner

Luckily they weren't leaving

And Joel is there

Ooo... I love holidays

My first week of holidays

Woohoo!!

Holidays!!!

There are altogether:

1 trip, 1 camp, and 1 FOM Wedding performance

in my first week of holidays

And that kept me busy for the whole week...

But I LOVE all these events

Actually I bought Many many many many chocolates

from my KL trip ^^

My favourite is the mint and bitter ones, and also the yogurt ones

Beryl's chocolate are always awesome ^^

In this Kl trip

Eating is more than walking

And the camp is the Pengkalan Church Children Camp

And I am there to help out as a Game Mistress(I am too old to take part)

They had done a very good job

I love all those children

Positive, Thinkable and Obedient

They are all Heroes^^

AND THE WEDDING PERFORMANCE

It was quite nice actually

And I think the guests are well-mannered

There are only a little bit of noise when we were performing

And they really pay attention and clap

And the bride and bridegroom- Ryan and Carol are superb

They thanked non-stop after we performed and took pictures with us

I never saw a couple did that before

And the midnight supper after the performance was ......

Can you imagine two guys speak mutter Indian non-stop when you are feeding on Mcd?

Himal and Ken did that to me==

They always did ridiculous things

This week was quite interesting^^

I love it^^

Because I did everything out of my interest

I feel duty-free

And I just felt like work out my best^^

And I wonder... Does working gave people this same kind of feeling?

I am counting on God!

Wow......

It's been ages since I updated my blog

Everyday I just have the chance only to log onto my facebook

Now that the final exam is over

And I have the chance to pour my heart out again

到年底了

一回首望自己一年以来的点滴时

才发现自己变了很多

也尝试了很多以前都不敢做的东西

当我一一看回面子书上面的照片和录影

我发现

原来我经过了这么多

合唱团成为州冠军

在冷门的比赛中与5个‘心脏’一起打破学校纪录连赢2场

与朋友一起表演流行乐曲

与传音事工到不同地方去

KCC音乐会

本来很少去的3P7'09生日会

很多

回想起

困难重重

时间很不够用

心有余而力不足

但是我仍然不怕死不怕错不怕时间地点

踊跃大胆地插一脚

现在想起会有心有余悸的感觉

到底

那个时候我在想什么？

我拚了命是为了什么？

汗颜哪

Things are so miraculous

And it happened before I knew it

But I believed that God is the one who arranged all this

He is the potter

And I really thanked Him for everything

For the experiences and values I learnt

Until now,

I am still actively taking part in co-co activities

And many more

But I really enjoyed my time spent with my friends

Hillsong team was here on 11-12/8/10

HERE in Ipoh

They are here to hold a seminar and two concerts

Along with the help of the organizers

River Of God Church and STEPS

And needless to say

They are AWESOME!!

At the night before the seminar,

I was so excited and couldn't sleep

And chat with Seline on facebook

She can't sleep too

And it turned out so incredible

I liked Pastor Lee Burns' preaching

Especially the: "God give me patience, and give me NOW!"

It was superb

In the first night,

The worship is fantastic

I can really feel God's presence through it

Although I can't get the front seats

It was still great

And all my non-Christian friends enjoy it more than me...

Glad that they do

Cause God can reach into people's heart through Music

I'll never forget Pastor Joshua's 'ToTon' story

With the theme of being ourselves as children of God

To stand up for Him

The Phenomenal concert on the second night

I managed to get front seats

I was so thrilled

And I think

the organizers and volunteers really improved

The way that they built human lane for crowd control

Really is IMPRESSIVE

Although they may be not so skillful at the first night

But they learnt though experience

And I can see that they are doing all these for God

A TOTAL BLAST!!

It really shocked me...

This is really wonderful...

因为这也是中五生最后一次的表演

练习的时候

大家都很不能适应

因为我们都知道面对的是谁

也真的是没经验

毕竟是第一次

我本身也是很紧张

拍子也不大稳定

我一直要求自己要做得更好

一定要让中五生光荣地退休

回到家里

也一直不停的狂练

虽然现场仍然出错

但是我很感恩

KCC把这次的演奏会搞得好棒

中五的学生

但是

时间不饶人

还有一个礼拜他们就得交棒了

实在是很不舍得

一个星期后

玩也不能玩得过火

还要处理更多事情

No idea why I can't really hope that the big day would come

I was kinda like

'The day don't come!! DON'T COME !!'

Stressed

Really stressed...

I am really worried

Can I play it well?? With full expression??

The big question is:

DO MY PERFORMANCE WORTH TWENTY RINGGIT??

Haiz,

Until today, Miss Yau is telling me:

'Chang Min, aiyoyo!! You don't kill the song arr...'

And many others telling me:

'This song not enough feeling, that part too soft, this part too...'

I really appreciate the comments

At least through them,

I can see where I stand

How well I am

But the problem is

I kinda like lose all the feelings

And I am not used to this situation

No matter how many hours I've practised

When he saw Jesus walking on water

He asked whether he can too

It's started off quite weird actually

Vyen and Eva sought me in the book fair

They asked me to take part in the competition

Actually

I have no idea what this competition is

But to gain experience

I took part in this competition

There are four of us in the group at that time:

Vyen ,Eva ,Me, and Ying Shin

The first practice

Vyen and Eva showed me the song

Attention please

All the lyrics and melody is AMC brand

And truly

I was marvelled by the song

It is so... WOW! FANTASTIC!!

And I felt interested to this right away

*Ying Shin's not here cause she is having another practice*

Quite a sad day

Eva was replaced by Alison

Because her voice was not suitable for this song

The teacher needed patriotism

This was a hard way

Eva cried all along

Felt pity for her

Alison was struggling to get the tune right

Alison had a powerful voice

And she can really harmonise with Vyen

Great!!

But our guitarist was no here for complete rehearse at all

Everybody grew worried for her

And the teacher is furious

Immediately, she asked us whether who can play guitar well

Wednesday is the competition

And she came in on Friday

But she did a great job

She managed to keep up with me at the first try

Jinyee's Birthday and April Fool

Today is april fool
And Jinyee's birthday too
And from the past few years
We often failed to play pranks on Jinyee
Don't ask me why
It's quite an embarassment
Jinyee is way too clever
And everytime she can sense pranks out of us
And made us fall into her trap

She did that for 3 years
But now... Haha
We are the victor

First of all
early in the morning
Jo Ee, Xi Yee, Chi Kuan conteng her table
Don't misunderstand
We stick sticky paper on it before we write
Then I joined then too
And we didn't allow Jinyee to take them off
Every teacher get attracted to that... Haha

And before Jinyee finished dutying
I gathered the 4S5 girls
and we thought of a way to trick Jinyee
When Jinyee entered the class
I got the teacher's permission
And started to collect Moral books
Actually
Today got no moral lessons
and frankly nobody bring their moral books
They are just acting by passing up long books
Chemistry, Biology, Physics long books
But Jinyee is startled and started to get nervous
I thought it was going so smoothly
And suddenly
Pingkee said,
' Wei, I thought Cik Anggamah says she wants to meet those who didn't bring books?'
And Xiao Hui added in,
'She says she wants to demerit too.'
Hui Yi also said,
'Wei, I also didn't bring leh, what to do?'
Jinyee began to get anxious now
You should see her face
Then, All 4S5 students sang her the birthday song
And Jinyee realised that she is being fooled

it's really amazing grace to sit down
and think about what I've been through

Actually it happened during the holidays

I arrived quite late
In fact
I WAS LATE TO THE EXAM
Because of my mother's car
I arrived 10 minutes late
I was very anxious
and stormed into Sam Tet(quite elephant)

First of all,
I dunno where is the classroom
Secondly,
I have no idea which floor it is
Thirdly,
I dunno which block it is
Luckily one lady pointed me to the place
Then,
I 'elephant' ed to the classroom
When I got there
I nearly went into the Grade 8 room wrongly
And lastly,
When I finally found my seat
I realised that I didn't bring my I/C

Stupid me
Janice and the others laughed out loud when they knew this
Plus the members of FOM
And my piano teacher
But it was okay larr
Since I was able to take the exam

It's quite a coincidence actually
I am taking my Grade 5 Theory exam on 15/3
ABRSM one
I was having a conversation with Karmun
I just told her
"Tan Kar, I am having my Grade 5 exam,"
"Really? When?"
"Dunno actually,but I heard it's on 15/3 leh,"
"Harr?!! You also ? ABRSM one right?"
"Ya lorr, why you know de?"
"Cause Mei Ai , Janice,me are also taking the exam!!"
"Harr?? Where worr? Same place anot?"
"Dunno, Janice is at SamTet, I am at RPS,Mei ai at Fair Park."
"Got three places one arr? "
"Ya larr! You go and ask your piano teacher and see where you are."
Then,
at the very afternoon
I found out that I will be taking exam at Sam Tet
Such COINCIDENCE!!

Then
Later we found out
that Emilia and Evelyn is also taking the exam
According to our survey
The whole thing goes lke this

Emilia(Grade 8) and Karmun(Grade 8) are at RPS

Something Fun In The Class

Something quite fun happened during our Moral lessons

Due to some mistakes in the timetable
my class has no Moral lessons
We have a Moral teacher
but she can't enter our class for lessons
She is having another Form 5 class
But today she came to our class to explain
some answering technique and format of the Moral paper
By the way,
our teacher is the famous Cik Anggamah
Non-AMC-ians,
if you wanna to know who she is
you can just grab a morning session AMC girl and ask
I can say or I am SURE
that everyone will tell you about her
She is extremely famous

Well,
she is known because she is very fierce
When we knew that she is coming
everyone of us quickly memorised all the nilai's
Because she is really serious
And she test us in a superfast way
She's like:
"Kamu! Berdiri! Apakah nilai pertama bagi bidang satu?"
If you can't answer it in a second, she'll say
"Terlalu lambat! Kamu sebelah dia, apakah nilai itu?"
And point to the next girl
We have the record all the first 3 rolls standing up
See??
She is a fast and serious teacher.

Today
During our lesson
she's also the using same way to teach
She ask us to write the sentences on the board
and kept saying
"Eh, lambatlah kamu, boleh cepat sikit ke?"
But it was quite fun because she kept making us laugh

At almost the end of the lesson
when the last girl wrote the sentence
She asked us
"Eh, kelas, adakah ini faktornya ?"
Nobody dare to answer
Then suddenly, See Hui Fang says,
"Ya."
"Berdiri, You cakap mengapa dia salah?"
"Err....kerana..."
-All of us tried to help Hui Fang and mumble something to her-
"You semua jangan mengambil risiko ya ,biar dia jawab,diam."
"Err..kerana (blablabla)"
"Oh,yakah? Duduk,kelas bila orang lain jawab biar mereka jawab.Jangan mengambil risiko tau, tapi saya suka See...apa..See Hui Fang ini, sanggup mengambil risiko."
Everyone roars with laughter by then.

Actually
Cik Anggamah is not fierce
She is only serious and sometimes just a bit stern
As long as we finished all her work
we can really enjoy her Moral period
It's really fun.

War Zone

Well
All people knows that Form 4 is a tough year
Many subjects to catch up
Many things to learn
But things really go out of my control today

First it was yesterday
We were having choir practice yesterday
And it's kind of special
cause we have Mr.Lee with us
Well
it was quite enjoying
Cause we have have a professional guy leading us
But I got quite stuck in my part
Things that never happened before in the pianists history
I think Mr.Lee will be geleng kepala by now
Don't know why
I just can't get it right
I think it's really a guilt to keep them waiting for me
when they are really enjoying the song
Maybe I'm not qualified enough
Not pro enough
To fit in this position
Or maybe I had made a grave mistake to become a pianist?
I admit I am quite bad at times
But I hope I will not get everyone down
I won't excuse myself if I made choir lose in the competition
They had a good potential in singing
And they deserve to win
Just hoped that I can follow the standard of the choir

Next thing
It's today
My class had really turned into a war zone
especially for 3P7-ians in 4S5
We have all the Science subjects to day
Three Science and Two Maths
It's already a burden to finish all my work
And yet the teachers
demanded all the work to be passed up today
It's a rush
Books are collected in a high speed
and I couldn't finish all the stuff
Never tried that before but it's hard to catch up
3P10 girls can be said as smart
whenever the teachers taught
or whatever the subject is
they can receive teacher's teaching immediately
but for the four 3P7-ians
we are still 'HUH?'
it's way too hard to understand for certain things
But they can just receive the information
OH ME GOODNESS!!!
Looks like I needed tuitions
in order to follow their steps

Well....well
It's really sad to mention

Actually
We started this year quite joyously
Because we were promised to be sent into the same class
Nobody...I could tell... NOBODY
were worried whether we'll be separated
Everyone are busy choosing the streams/packages
Pure Science? Accounts?
It's quite an issue for us

Finally,
everyone made their choices
except for those who chose Accounts
majority chose Pure Science
And we had great faith that we are going into the same class
And turned out
IT WAS SIMPLY A NIGHTMARE!!

Firstly
the teacher announced P8 until P11
We were getting more and more nervous as she's announcing
And then,
She took the last name list,then said,
"This class is splited too much,
I must announce one by one."
3P7-ians started to cry after hearing that.

41个人是P10的人
而我们P7只有4个人
纯理班有5班
我们P7就被拆散
4个5个塞进每一班充人数
剩余的就被丢进4S9
难道音乐班的结局就是这样的吗？

It was a exciting event for AMC-ians
Held every year
I 'm not quite sure when did it start
But now
This competition is the most important event
In AMC

The day is 13/11
It's a Friday
Attendance is tremendously well for all the classes
Cause everyone is eager to witness
The New AMC Idol
This is the Finals
Out of 24 participants
10 is shortlisted
during the First round and semifinals
MPH is crowded
Thanks to the windy weather
It's not hot in MPH

At 10.00 a.m.,
Contestants gathered to warm their voices up,
And to make-up or change into costumes,
Then,
It started at 10.30 a.m.

Everyone put up their BEST performances,
Everyone put on their BEST outfits
Everyone sang their very BEST
It was a nice performance

Then
when the judges were deciding on the winners
We had The MJ of AMC
rocking the audience up
The well-known singer in AMC--Vivien Loh
Had also contribute a song
The atmosphere was high

Then
Pn.Lopez performed
The song was 'The Climb' by Miley Cyrus
I don't know why but
Most of the 3P7-ians cried
including me
It was touching

'I think The Form 3 girls had done a very good job in the exam
And I believe the Form 5 girls did it too.
This was only one of the mountains you are conquering,

Choir is going to have a performance on Monday
Thus
We went there for rehearsal on Friday
We boarded on the bus at 2.45p.m. sharp
And set off to the Perak Building

The Hall is magnificiently decorated
It was simply GORGEOUS
But the temperature is too low
I think they switched the Air-comditional to Maximum
Due to that
our fingers went numb
Pretty hard to perform at that time

When the rehearsal is over
We rushed outside the hall immediately
to prevent ourselves from becoming Statues
We found out that they switched on spotlights in the garden
It's midday and they switched on the spotlights
Look at the ways they use people's tax
WASTAGE
But nobody pay any more attention to the spotlights
Cause we take pictures ^.^

Then
The highlight of the rehearsal came
PAY ATTENTION!!

We are moving to the second floor to have tea
The person-in-charge advise us to use the lift
So we divide ourselves into two groups
and boarded the lift
I am taking the second trip
So I have to wait
I wait and wait
wondering why did that lift take so long
Then
I hear bell rings
It is awkward
Then
The person-in-charge says:
"MEREKA TERSANGKUT DI DALAM LIF."
We are force to take another lift
and wait for the another group in the canteen
Not long later
They arrive
and immediately show us the videos that they take in the lift
I can hear comversations like
"Come on, say your last words."
"Don't talk so much, there will be no oxygen."
"I wonder who is so heavy?"
It was quite funny actually

I still can't imagine what its like to stuck in the lift

Drenched Wet In A Heavy Downpour

It was Friday
As usual
I went home by Bus Kinta after choir practice
The sun was shining brightly in Ipoh
So I didn't take much concern about the weather

As the bus traveled along Gunung Rapat
I realised that there was a heavy downpour
The rain was such a heavy one
And I could not even watch the scenery properly

When I reached Simpang Pulai
I was forced to stop at a bus stop
Actually it was not a proper bus stop
As I came down from the bus
I could really feel what is raining dogs and cats
OH MY GOSH
All my vision was blurred
What's worse is that I had to cross two roads
Two BUSY roads
After I crossed those roads
I was all wet

Luckily
The bus station is near Lee Wei's house
I rushed there as soon as I crossed the roads
Her mother then fetched me home
I was all wet
My shoes were squashy
Thank God that they were willing to offer me some help
If not I had to walk in the rain for10 minuets
In order to reach my home

The Chinese Debate Competition

Today the competition is another disasterous event
We had just gone through the spotcheck
And had to go to the third floor for the competition
Really frustrated at that time

Frankly
Our team didn't prepare anything for the debate
Coz the topic is really subjective
And also because the teacher said that we can go there to enjoy
We just used 15 minutes to discuss about it
And go straight to the competition
Our opponents was 3P5 girls
I could see that they were really nervous
We were still smiling(half laughing) when we entered the classroom

Then
The Round starts
We were supposed to sit through Free Debate
I thought it was going to be really boring
But it turned out MIRACULOUSLY interesting
I've never had such an enjoyable debate before
We really snatched the microphone when it was our turn
Our opponents were also quite 'HIGH' at that time
We were debating non-stop

When the debate is over
The students clapped really loud for us
And we were grinning to each other
Then
SUDDENLY
One of the teachers scalded us
"What on earth are you all doing??
If you felt that we are forcing you to debate
Then, don't come larr!"
"You all are like scolding each other
and not debating!
If you want to debate,
debate properly!!"

As the teacher continued criticizing us
I thought deeply
I thought we were supposed to have fun
I thought we were supposed to debate freely
And I thought the students were really enjoyed
when they watched us debate
I thought it was the first time
We were able to pour our knowledge out to debate
Instead of sit there nervously, blankly
I know we were really 'HIGH'
But at least we were able to enjoy it
I couldn't really understand
why is the teacher scolding us

Honestly
I didn't take the teacher seriously
What I really cared was that
I enjoyed during the 4-minute-debate
And I'm sure other people enjoyed too
That's enough
That's enough, really
Although I was frustrated
But that's enough

When you were frustrated
Look at all the things that you had been taken for granted
And you 'll realised
That's enough
And you are really blessed

The Spotcheck

Well
it was really a disasterous day
Firstly is the spotcheck
Nobody knows that we are not supposed to bring Uno, Magic cube
And even Board games like monopoly
But suddenly all those prefects was like
"This thing is against the laws!"
"You cannot bring this thing!"
And 5 people from our class was directed to stand at the back
During the checking
We have to put our bags on the wet grass
And most of the bags were stained by mud
And the prefects kept asking us to cooperate
Many people complained about that

Luckily
Miss Yau stand by our side and went to see Pn.Yap
Literally
They had a great fight
And Pn.Yap said
"3P7!!! Don't let me see you all playing Uno from now on!
If I see you all playing,
I will Snatch that away!"

Actually it's quite unfair
After PMR
We are really free and bored
So We played board games and Uno
And now Uno is banned
All of us is going to feel more boring
The teachers won't allow us to bring pillow to sleep either
Then what are we going to do?
They want us to achieve 100% attendance
And still banned us from having fun
It's like coming to school just to sit there blankly

Everyone was really frustrated during the spotcheck
But Miss Yau's action comforted us
Luckily we had this form teacher

Uno Game

Today
we played Uno Game in class
Although Uno is no fun at all
But playing together is a GREAT fun

Imagine seven of us
Lala, Janice, Steam Fish, Jo Ee,Jun Yi,Yi Jing
(almost the noisiest in the class)
playing together
Laughing like pigs being slaughtered
(I laughed until my throat is sore)
Almost crazy, we are.

Suddenly
Miss Yau's voice came from 3P4
"P7!! I am teaching here."
All of a sudden
The class fell into dead silence
We are then forced to play quietly
It is quite hard to keep our voices down
But fun

Then,
we went to the computer lab
to guard the room
in case the workers steal anything when they are fixing things

That's where I wrote this post ^.^

SPPC Family Camp 2009

So excited to hear that we are going to have a Family Camp

After three years ago in MNS(Malaysia Natural Society)

Although we are going back to that very same place

that we had been for 5 times

Which is Lakeview Resort

We are still happy

Cause Brothers and Sisters from Bukit Mertajam are coming too
Since November 2008 we went to their Children Camp

This is the 2nd time we met in a camp

Well

We reached the camp site earlier than them

We waited for a few hours

We are also quite nervous when we heard that they could not find their way

And we have went down to the entrance although it's raining

To guide them into the right path

We had also made a lot of mistakes

Like taking the preacher as the elder of Bukit Mertajam

Funny mistakes

Maybe because it's the first time we stayed in a camp site
WITHOUT Rev.Lee

To me

The first night is a disaster

Because I vomitted all the way up
(Really feeling sorry for the driver here)

And running in and out in the rain without wearing jacket

Turned out that my stomach cramped non-stop

Then

I went to bed at 8PM

And missed the chance to visit the night market

Those guys who stayed in the resort had to keep quiet

Because they scared that I would get worse

(Mainly because Yan Ping threatened them)

I regretted to stay in bed though

To waste the first night in such a idiotic way

Rev.Lee and Bobo reached Lakeview at the second morning

when the first worship almost started

But they did arrived in time

The Preacher is a really funny and educated guy

He preached using a lot of Chinese idioms

The points are clear and easy to understand

We had lunch after the first lesson

It was ultra delicious

Then

We played games

And guess who led the Games section?

It's me and Lee Wei

We played 'Soldiers, march!', 'King,Queen,Joker.',and another one

Those games were quite gentle actually(ranked 3of 5)

But members from Bukit Mertajam could not really take it

But we all had a great time

The only thing we forgot to do is to take pictures

Then we visited the Tea Farm

A marvellous place

With breathtaking sceneries

We went down to the centre of the farm

On our way back

We were drenched wet by the sudden rain

But it was okay

Cause we were used to it

The night and the next morning is quite normal

When we were bidding Goodbye

We didn't feel that sad cause we are going to meet

On 31st August

If possible

We can also meet on The Youth Camp in November

And surely in heaven

Well

The bond between Children of God cannot be describe by words

Painting job at the Church

It was a good Wednesday
Nice clear blue morning sky
We went to have breakfast
Then, we went to Rev.Lee's house for chinese tea
Just then
Elder Boey called for help
Rev.Lee asked us to go to the church

When we arrived
Elder was already painting
We started to wipe the glass doors
We painted the metal bars too
It was near 12 o'clock when we started to paint the 2nd round

Just then
Little Porcupine went to buy some drinks
Fai Fai and Wei Wei was painting
Then
Fai Fai ACCIDENTALLY dropped the oil paint onto the floor
Everyone stopped playing instruments immediately
And helped to clean the floor
In case the oil paint dried

It was such a chaosity
Everyone searched for cloth
I couldn't find any cloth and I used my hands instead (siao)
It's hard to wash the paint off
And everyone had oil paint on their hands
Luckily the paint on the floor is wiped off at the nick of time
Little Porcupine came back and found us washing hands
He was quite speechless

We continued painting the ceiling anyway
We painted until 5 o'clock
Elder left us at four
The rain falled heavily and washed off the paint
We were forced to stop painting and washed the floor instead
Rev and his wife then arrived
We finished washing and went home

Quite tired
but happy to have a group of cooperative friends
And happy to work for God

Today
When Cik Suriati was in class
Pn.Chen suddenly walked into the class with the excuse
"I think I saw somebody doing something else."

Then
She started asking us how many A's did we got
and started teaching Geografi
She was very 'high' at that time
She wrote and wrote until the whole blackboard is full
pity the student-on-duty
She did all those funny actions
And taught us what we had already stuffed into our brains

I wondered why, actually
She is not our Geo teacher and yet she came in
And talked RUBBISH
"You all are going to get full A's!"
"Kelapa grow on Tanih berpasir."
And she even got some information wrong
and WE have to correct her
Everybody was impatient cause we are doing Waja

Then, our malay period approaches
We hoped that our Malay Teacher will come early
When Cik Zakiah came,
we greeted thank you to Pn.Chen immediately
Pn.Chen still thinks that we adores her very much
when we clapped as she went out the class
Poor principal...wakaka

Third Fourth Fifth Day of Trial PMR

Well
No many interesting things occurs
Just like normal exam days
Everyone kept on study study study

Just imagine it
By the fourth day
The WHOLE 3P7 is dull and all our rosy red cheeks were gone
Our cheeks were as white as sheets
Our eyes were sleek
Something like Geisha (even Geisha has big round eyes)
Tired, we all are.

The incident that really gives me a great shock
is Jo Ee's absence
Dear my
The TOP SCORER of the class and the whole form
ABSENT on the fifth day
It was like all her efforts were gone
And the most extraordinary thing is her excuse for absence
She says that she doesn't want to spread the flu to us
Such kind soul...
Glad to have her for My Class Representative
Nice, gentle, caring

But before we sit through KH papers
We are starting to become our playful self again
We imitate Pn.Lim's favourite pose
Use our fingertips to knock the center our our heads gently
Pn. Lim says that this can cure headache
Whatever
We did it only for fun
But imagine 39 girls did it at the same time
And Pn. Teh's "Quan Shi Jie"(meaning the whole world)

Second Day Of Trial PMR

Today's subject was just Chinese
Paper 1 and Paper 2
Not quite easy
But it's Okay

It's a gloomy day today
Kind of sleepy day
After finishing my Paper 1
I get influenced by the weather and slept
Not a quality sleep but I enjoyed it
Especially when the breeze blew
I sat right at the door
That's why I can enjoy that much

Special Saturday With Outreach

It was really special
First time to sing so many songs during worship
First time to solo
First time to the beautiful building
First time didn't go to Youth Meeting
First time out there with Outreach
First time being so nervous
First time....

It was really special
when I got to get that close to God
and was given such golden opportunity
To thank God for the blessings
To serve God
To testimony Him
And to participate in a band
that was filled with qualified professional musicians
It was really God's blessing

I knew I was noisy(sometimes annoying)
and I did make a lot of mistakes
But I am grateful that they tolerate me
I am happy that I learnt a lot
and experienced God

First Day Of Trial PMR

Oh My GOODNESS!!
The papers are really out of my expectation
so HARD
Although History And BM are supposed to be hard
But it's really...(speechless)

Luckily
I did a lot of Longman exercises
Longman is a bit tough
but I managed to finish the Form 123 History in one night
really STRESSED
I feel kind of dizzy the next day
Phew...four more days to go

Preparing For Trial PMR

It's a really tiring fortnight
Nobody stop to rest after canteen day
everybody continue to study

For me
I choose to sleep at 2 a.m.
and wake up at 5 a.m.
really hard to open my eyes at first
But I finally success and fit in

Although it's just trial
But the teachers take it very seriously
Stacks of exercises were given to us
really stressed
Nobody complained
but I can see everyone hate that
Some of my friends even cried

I am glad that I have God
Cause God is a good listener
He will comfort me whenever I am depressed or sad
He is always beside me
And show me the correct path
I love God

Back To Original School Day

Canteen Day is over
Everyone of us have to pay full concentration to lesson now
back to original school day
no more Canteen Day topic
only stuffy eight subjects that lay ahead

Actually
the thrill hasn't over
but it's just that we have to quicken our paces
to catch up
It's no fun at all
everyone has to bury their heads into the books deeply
like ostrich

PMR Trial is round the corner
it means that a battle is going to start
Everyone study hard at home
until midnight
everyone suffer through sleepless nights
and return to school for more lessons
although our brain cannot fit anything more
and is going to explode

Workbooks is also held in our hands
Textbooks too
Some of those who are clever
will say that they didn't even start to study
they will even say that they don't understand the questions
and won't lend you their books
in case you know what they don't know

It's like a battle
the winner has to kill 466 person to achieve the throne
It's a great fight
in order to win
you have to armed yourself
will powerful secret weapon
literally
the weapon is some extra knowledge
in my school
even half marks can make a diference
if you can get the right answer
you will have a winning chance
eventhough it's only for one question

Cruel?
We go though these since Standard 1

Though,
Things are different in my class
Among ourselves
we organize study groups
we study together
those who are strong will help those who are weak
You can say that we are not fighting alone in the battle
we have companions
we help each other

Canteen Day

Today is the Canteen Day!!
our longing Canteen Day
the whole day started with the opening ceremony
everybody is too excited
thus, nobody pay full attention on the ceremony

Outsiders come to our school
they eventually flood the school
too many people is there
and I can't even walk properly in the corridors
like squeezing in a Tuna fish can

Whatever
Canteen Day is a success
we manage to hit our target and outreach it
that's what AMC girls can do when they feel really interested
Not bad, huh?

We even get to choose a song for Kelly Pong
"Attention to Kelly Pong, Kelly Pong,
3p7 wants to say that 3P7 belongs to you forever!"
And "You Are Not Alone" is played
I think Kelly Pong really does like it

At the end of the day
we receive cash and do many cheap sale
the price go down and down
but we are happy
working together
rushing around
This is last year for 3P7 to work together
and even with Kelly Pong

It's getting nearer to Canteen Day
everybody is excited
Our class did strive our best to make ourselves special
Since Monday
We painted the pirates and cut them out too
it's a masterpiece in our eyes
We love it
And every single body contribute to the decorations
no matter big or small

During SV lessons
We heard metal cling-clanging
"Yeah, the workers are now setting up for Canteen Day!!"
started Yi Jing with a clap
Then
The whole class followed clapping

It's grand
Everybody feel really proud and thrilled
This is our Canteen Day
We worked hard and we really care for it
It's not the other functions
like important people visiting the school
The most enjoying person is the principal
But now
everyone knows if we strive
the Canteen Day is going to be a success
we longed for it
surely we want it to be the best
And thus
Our Canteen Day is going to be great
It's going to be another glory for us

Every class start to make promotions
by jotting down their goods, food or whatever on a piece of A4 paper

But, every class is striving for the best
certainly they won't care for the promotion papers
they will just keep it away
nobody wants to buy

In my Huo Li class,
it is a totally diferent story
when those papers/advertisement come
everyone will conteng the papers
the 4D Haunted House ads is being conteng until the the picture cannot be seen
all the food stall advertisement is also being conteng
with funny and ridiculous phrase or drawing

Poor papers....

Pretty hard to memorize
then, Pn.Teh said

and search for husband.
And the type of man they like is old wealthy man.
So, make the formulae short,

in malay, we can pronounce it as 'suka tua',

Today in PJ lesson
we are learning about CPR-Cardio Pulmonary Rescusitation
long name, right?
Two St. John Seniors are invited by Pn. Shan to teach us
We laughed along the whole class, though.
Thanks to Choo Chien Hui,
who had already been influenced by drama series greatly
who make the entire class laughed until tears come out
And Cheryl too
If she had gotten a chance to rescue other people with CPR
That person's nose and eyes is going to be damaged
She kept repeating the funny mistakes
But, whatever, it's fine for our class
The two girls who are teaching are definitely having a bad time

thought that we will be the top saler of the whole school
RM5000...not easy for others to reach...
But the 1P8's just swallowed Rm500...
reaching RM5000 too!!
Although it's a draw..
But we won't let it be..
We didn't plan our strategies just for fun..
